South #Manchester Eco-fest, Saturday September 12th

On September 12th, the people at St Edmunds and St James are excited to be hosting their second EcoFest. As with last year, the churches will play host to people from different local and national organisations and initiatives that are working towards greener and more sustainable ways of living.

Due to the covid pandemic, this space will now be a virtual one and, throughout the day, interviews and presentations will be livestreamed onto our Life and Hope channel for people to watch and interact with.

We have a wide range of participants from local activist groups to discussions about cycling and diversity. All are welcome to join us for this free event– people can simply pick what sessions they want to join and then tune into our YouTube channel at the scheduled time.

Our hope is that this event will inspire and inform as we all, together, take seriously and faithfully the call to safeguard the integrity of creation and live well within the world. The link for all the sessions is here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCH3PZrmiEBGs8Cs__luhx-g?view_as=subscriber
