PS If your council is Manchester City Council please take the couple of minutes needed to complete the Local Plan consultation before 5pm Friday 1st May. The proposed plan is the vision for Manchester for the next 15 years. It is almost unchanged from the 2012 strategy and is nowhere near good enough. Rising Up!
