Oxford Climate Society is hosting Noam Chomsky to speak on ‘Neoliberalism, Democracy and the Climate Crisis’. He will be discussing the compatibility of our current political and economic institutions with climate action, the role of public mobilisation and government policy in tackling the climate crisis, and the links between neoliberalism, environmental degradation and climate inaction.
